Sud De France is throwing a festival within a festival! This will include taking over an entire city block and filling it with a table that covers the entire length of the street! You'll have your pick of the region's most delicious foods, to purchase or to enjoy on the spot. As a special treat, French-born chef Laurent Kalkotour of the recently opened restaurant Atrium at Dumbo will be making one of Languedoc's most beloved specialties, brandade de morue, a wickedly flavorful salt cod dish made with the most sublime olive oil. The Van Leeuwen Artisan Ice Cream truck will also be serving a surprise Sud de France ice cream flavor. You will also indulge on Cemoi chocolate, taste the Fleur de Sel from Camargue and quench your thirst with Perrier.
