Chef Brian Loiacono will feature the bounty of three local farmers, showcasing each one through a four-course menu. Each farmer will share his passion and philosophy with guests, and Sommelier Joseph Camper will be on hand with clever beverage pairings to complement each dish.
An “accidental tomato farmer”, Tim Stark, started growing tomatoes on his Brooklyn rooftop over 15 years ago. Now situated in Pennsylvania’s Oley Valley, Eckerton Hill Farm boasts over 100 varieties of heirloom tomatoes and peppers. Chef Brian Loiacono will craft the menu around Tim’s sun gold tomatoes and other seasonal produce at the peak of ripeness.
